Getting started is simple, just schedule a free 15-minute intro call with one of our coaches. In just 15 minutes, you'll get a full overview of our programs and pricing with no surprises. We'll also chat about your fitness background and injury history so your coach can recommend the best starting point for you personally. From there, we'll get you set up and ready to workout.
Your first few sessions with us are our opportunity to learn more about your current fitness level and interests. It's also your opportunity to get a feel for the Fitness Studio, meet the different coaches and members, all while getting in a fun and challenging workout!
We do have free parking in the lot in front of the studio. It is a very small lot and space is limited. There is always plenty of free street parking in a two block radius of the studio on both Manchester and Pershing Avenues.
Yes we have all the needed equipment to provide high quality strength training for all fitness levels. Some examples are we have 4 squat racks, 4 adjustable benches, barbells, trap bars, safety squat bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, landmine attachments, suspension straps and much more!
Our small group personal training is our most popular personal training program. We train members in small groups of no more than 5 people. All members have personalized training programs on an app that allows our coaches to individually coach them and track their progress in each session. Whether you're brand new to a strength training and fitness program, or experienced and want to take your training to the next level, this program will work great for you! Group classes have a maximum of 16 people in a class. We offer classes that focus on strength training, H.I.I.T training, kettlebells, cardio, boxing, calisthenics, stretching and recovery. This wide range of offerings allows members to get a full spectrum of fitness training in each week which is great for any goal! Our classes are great for all fitness levels as we are able to modify or progress everything to fit each unique member. Many of our members participate in both our small group personal training and group classes.
Yes we currently have trainers on staff who can lead you in personal training based off the schedule that works best for you.
No. We're a private training facility which means clients have to be involved in either personal training, small group personal training, or group classes to come workout.
We do not have childcare facilities.
We are located at the intersection of Manchester and Pershing Avenues. Less than a mile away from beautiful Playa del Rey beach.
Yes we train youth and teens in both personal training and small group programs.
