Q / What’s the best way to get started?
We offer a free 40 minute workout and assessment. This gives you the opportunity to go over all your fitness goals with one of our trainers and allows us to have more insight for recommendations on the best programs to achieve them.
Q / What’s the cost for your programs?
Pricing for introductory deals and group classes can be found on our services list. For pricing for personal training and small group training, please schedule a free strategy session with us!
Q / Where can I park?
We have a small lot in front of the gym that’s open to the public. This lot is often full during morning and evening primetime hours, so we recommend coming a few minutes early to find a free parking spot on Manchester or Pershing. There is always ample parking within a two block radius.
Q / What’s the difference between personal training, small group training and group classes?
Personal training is the most personalized and hands-on of all our programs. You will be set up with a trainer who will create an individual program to best reach your fitness goals. Hours are flexible; our trainers do their best to accommodate the times and days that work best for you. Small group training is a group of 2-3 people working with one trainer. You can sign up with a friend or work with other people who sign up at the same time slot. Workouts are still personalized with hands on attention to technique, but your time is shared with one or two other members. Time slots are also on a set schedule which can be found here. Group classes are set workouts seven days a week with a maximum of 16 people in a class. We stress proper technique and movement quality in all our classes, so every exercise in a class can be progressed or regressed to fit your fitness level.
Q / Are there different classes for different fitness levels?
No. All our group classes are programmed so that every exercise / workout can be progressed or regressed to fit everyone’s fitness level.
Q / Can I come in and workout on my own?
No. We’re a private training facility which means clients have to be in one of our three programs to come in and workout.
Q / What amenities does the gym have?
We have two unisex bathrooms, a filtered water fountain to fill up water bottles, and cubbies to store clothes and gym bags. We do not have showers or towels. We provide boxing gloves for the boxing classes.
Q / Can I walk in and drop into a class?
No. All our classes require reservations to prevent overcrowding. You are able to sign up and pay for just one class for those that want to come in for a single class.
Q / What’s the group class schedule?
The group class schedule can be found here.
