We have a small lot in front of the gym that’s open to the public. This lot is often full during morning and evening primetime hours, so we recommend coming a few minutes early to find a free parking spot on Manchester or Pershing. There is always ample parking within a two block radius.
Personal training is the most personalized and hands-on of all our programs. You will be set up with a trainer who will create an individual program to best reach your fitness goals. Hours are flexible; our trainers do their best to accommodate the times and days that work best for you. Small group training is a group of 2-3 people working with one trainer. You can sign up with a friend or work with other people who sign up at the same time slot. Workouts are still personalized with hands on attention to technique, but your time is shared with one or two other members. Time slots are also on a set schedule which can be found here. Group classes are set workouts seven days a week with a maximum of 16 people in a class. We stress proper technique and movement quality in all our classes, so every exercise in a class can be progressed or regressed to fit your fitness level.
