Vivi just recently reached her two year milestone of working out at Real Fitness! She first started with personal training and now does all group classes. We’ve all been very impressed at how hard she works and how athletic and strong she’s become. Not to mention she’s lost 50lbs in the process!
Shantay has been a member of Real Fitness for about one year now and attends classes 3-4 times a week. During this year she’s made great strength gains, improved her movement/athleticism and developed a healthier, sustainable eating lifestyle. As a result of all this, she’s lost one inch off her arms, waist and thighs, as well as weighing 15 lbs lighter. Side note: in a recent strength class where some of the male members who greatly outweighed her continued piling up as much weight on the sled as they could handle, she held her own and pushed the same weight as them each round! Congrats Shantay on your consistency and hard work.
Angella has been a class member at Real Fitness for 2 years. Starting June 1st she began upping her weekly classes to 5 and cleaned up her diet. From that date through today she’s lost 15lbs and dropped 2 clothing sizes. Her favorite class here is strength & conditioning where she really focused on continually upping the weights in all the movements and became one of the top lifters at the gym! So all of you “heavy weights will make me bulky” naysayers take note. Congrats Angella!
We want to highlight our member Casey for all the hard work he’s put in so far. The pic on the left was taken on September 29, 2016 when he had just started. The pic on the right was taken today. In a little over 4 months Casey has dropped 8 pant sizes due to better eating habits and consistently working out with us 4-5 times a week. He’s a recreational soccer player and has also greatly increased his athleticism and endurance on the field. We gave him the blueprint and he went to work! Great job Casey!
