Shantay has been a member of Real Fitness for about one year now and attends classes 3-4 times a week. During this year she’s made great strength gains, improved her movement/athleticism and developed a healthier, sustainable eating lifestyle. As a result of all this, she’s lost one inch off her arms, waist and thighs, as well as weighing 15 lbs lighter. Side note: in a recent strength class where some of the male members who greatly outweighed her continued piling up as much weight on the sled as they could handle, she held her own and pushed the same weight as them each round!
