Our Strength Training + Open Gym hour gives you the option to come in for the guided full body strength class OR you can use the hour to work on whatever you'd want à la open gym. The instructor is there for both.

Full body strength training. Barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, etc... We have all the tools to get you to your strength goals! This class is great for all fitness levels as everything can be tailored from beginner to advanced.

Real Conditioning

Real Conditioning

Real Conditioning is designed to elevate your cardio and general fitness levels. We combine strength, athleticism and cardio in this class to improve your aerobic fitness and overall work capacity. Get a great sweat, burn plenty of calories and have some fun in the process! This class is great for all fitness levels!

Midweek Lift

Midweek Lift

This full body strength class will focus on exercises and methods to stimulate hypertrophy! What is hypertrophy?? It's simply an increase in the SIZE of the muscle. Also famously referred to as getting a pump! Come get stronger and pump your muscles up with us every Wednesday at Real Fitness!

What better way to destress than by punching things? This class takes the basic elements of boxing and meshes it with metabolic and strength circuits for a fun total body boxing strength and cardio workout!

Calisthenics and Conditioning

Calisthenics and Conditioning

Calisthenics, also known as body weight training, is a great way to build muscle, lose fat and improve your relative strength. Since you body is the resistance you don't need to rely on the use of external weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells or barbells (some use of super bands may be needed).

For our strength and functional fitness training we offer barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, plyo boxes, battle ropes, dumbbells, and calisthenics equipment. Our wide range of gym equipment allows Real Fitness to help you become stronger, more athletic and move and feel better.

Real Fitness boasts a spacious , open layout designed to maximize your training experience. We have a large turf area for our group classes and athletic training. Our personal training area allows clients to train in their own section equipped with all the strength training and functional fitness equipment needed to achieve their goals. Additionally we provide foam rollers and dedicated stretching space for all your warm up and cool down needs.
