Peter Rizzardi has spent 18 years coaching athletes and everyday people to move better and perform at their best.
Peter holds a Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Seattle University and has studied under some of the most respected names in fitness education, including Dr. Pat Davidson, Compound Performance, Craig Liebenson, Mike Boyle, Dr. Katie Dabrowski, and Boo Schexnyder. He’s a USATF certified coach, and has completed all three of the Rethinking the Big Patterns fitness certification workshops, along with taking part in Dr. Pat Davidson’s Exercise Science University.
He brings that depth of knowledge into every session, whether you’re picking up a weight for the first time or looking to break through a fitness plateau.
Mckenna Flaherty has spent 10 years coaching folks from all different walks of life to become their absolute best selves. Mckenna is originally from Baltimore, MD and has spent time living in the northeast in Boston and the south in Nashville.
Mckenna has taken courses and studied under some of the most respected professionals in the fitness industry including Dr. Katie Dabrowski, Dr. Pat Davidson and Craig Liebenson. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
Mckenna strives to be a friendly face that you see when you first walk in the door at Real Fitness. She is someone you can count on to show up for you even on your hardest days, cheering you on to get that last rep of your bench press. She is inspired by meeting new people and learning their stories, and seeing how the gym can transform and empower the body, mind and spirit.
Mckenna enjoys movement of all kinds. She loves lifting weights, cycling around Los Angeles, swimming and running. Her favorite parts of life include music, coffee, reading, sunshine, the ocean, and her two doggies, Oakley and Mylo.
Michael has been a professional trainer since 2007, dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals in a safe, positive, and empowering environment. With nearly two decades of experience, including owning his own studio and serving as General Manager at House of Fitness in Culver City, he brings a seasoned, comprehensive perspective to every client’s journey.
Michael is an ISSA Certified specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training, and Nutrition. His diverse technical background spans across Boxing, Kettlebells, TRX, The Weck Method, alongside an 8-year tenure at Sony Studios specializing in Kickboxing and Circuit Training. His methodology is a refined blend of functional movement, calisthenics, and martial arts, designed to build bodies that are as capable as they are resilient.
Michael’s goal is to ensure that every athlete and everyday mover performs at their best through movement that is purposeful, explosive, and sustainable.

Real Fitness offers a spacious, open layout designed to support focused, effective training. Our large turf area is ideal for strength-based group classes and cardio-style workouts, while our personal training space allows adults to work one-on-one with a coach in a more private, dedicated setting. The Fitness Studio is fully equipped with high-quality strength and functional training equipment to help you build strength, move better, and train with confidence. We also provide foam rollers and a dedicated stretching area, making it easy to warm up properly and recover after your workouts.
