How did you first become interested in fitness? My dad always lived a fit lifestyle and I loved looking at his early 1970’s muscle mags. I was inspired by old school fellas like Steve Reeves, Zabo, Larry Scott, Jack LaLanne, Bruce Lee, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Sylvester Stallone.
If I wasn't a trainer I would be...I love being an entrepreneur and leader, so I’d definitely still own a business.... in what field, I don’t know.

How did you first become interested in fitness? I played sports throughout my entire childhood and ran track in college for Washington State University. As a young athlete, staying fit was necessary to perform my best, so I started developing a passion for fitness outside of just sports practice.

How did you first become interested in fitness? After working in PR for four years, I realized I needed to fulfill my passion and enter the health and wellness space. I started my fitness and nutrition journey after graduating college. While taking my grandma to chemo treatments, I realized the importance of using food as medicine. My hope for being a Dietitian is to help simplify the nuances of nutrition and help others reach their goals!
If I wasn't a trainer I would be...A farm to table restaurant owner! I love the idea of people coming together to share a meal.
